Delivery
We ship to UK mainland, Wales and Scotland. All orders except individual greeting cards are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 - you choose at checkout. Individual greeting cards are sent Royal Mail 1st Class.
All orders are packaged in fully recyclable and biodegradable materials.
Returns & Refunds
Because most of our products are made to order and personalised, we're unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
We accept returns for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Non-personalised greeting cards
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised business stationery
- Wedding stationery
- Blank made to order items unless damaged
If something arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@alakartcreations.co.uk. Return items within 14 days in their original condition and we'll process your full refund within 7 days. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Missing Orders
Allow 5-7 working days after dispatch. If your order hasn't arrived contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
We're unable to accept cancellations or exchanges once an order is placed. If you have any concerns please get in touch - we'll always do our best to help.
