Returns

A La KArt Creations will only accept returns for defective products and non-personalised greeting cards. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please return the item within 21 days of purchase if the product is damaged or dissatisfied. You will receive a full refund.

All items are made to order, which means that we cannot accept returns for personalised cards, wedding stationery and any business stationery even if they are blank unless they arrive damaged or defective

Unfortunately, A La KArt Creations cannot offer you a refund if 21 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and it has to be in the same condition as when you received it. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Should your refund not have arrived within the specified time, please contact your bank first, as there may have been a delay in their processing..

We cannot accept cancellations, or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Order Missing/Lost.

After your order is shipped, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Should you still not have received your order, please email hello@alakartcreations.co.uk for a replacement or full refund.
