Wholesale Terms & Conditions
By placing a wholesale order with A La KArt Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders & Payment
All wholesale orders require full payment before production begins. Orders can be placed directly through our website at wholesale pricing or via invoice.
A minimum order quantity of 5 units applies to wholesale greeting cards. Minimum order quantities for other products are listed on the website.
2. Branding & Customisation
Wholesale customers are welcome to add their own branding to our products at no extra charge.
Branded clasp stickers are available as an optional add on and will be charged separately. This charge is non-refundable once confirmed.
If a mock up is requested before production, one will be provided for approval. Unlimited amendments can be made before production begins. Once approved and production has started no further changes can be made.
3. Resale
There are no restrictions on where or how you choose to resell A La KArt Creations products. You are free to sell through any channel including retail shops, markets, online stores and subscription boxes.
4. Cancellations
As all products are made to order, please see our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
If you cancel after full payment and production has begun, a partial refund will be assessed based on the work completed. If production is complete no refund can be offered.
Branding add ons such as clasp stickers are non-refundable once confirmed.
If A La KArt Creations needs to postpone your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately and offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative delivery date.
5. Delivery
All wholesale orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. All packaging is fully recyclable and biodegradable.
As all products are handmade, delivery times may vary depending on current order volume. An estimated dispatch date will be confirmed by email once payment is received.
A La KArt Creations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
As all products are made to order we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or customised items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
We accept returns for:
- Non-personalised wholesale greeting cards — contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and return within 21 days
- Damaged or defective items — contact us within 72 hours with photo evidence
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customised or branded products
- Made to order items unless damaged or defective
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Agreed refunds will be processed within 7-10 days.
7. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@alakartcreations.co.uk with photos and written evidence. We will promptly review and offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the severity.
Failure to provide evidence within 72 hours may waive your right to a replacement or refund.
8. Missing Orders
Please allow 5-7 working days after dispatch. If your order hasn't arrived please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
9. Product Quality & Expiry
All products are made from freshly handmade seed paper embedded with live wildflower seeds. Every batch is tested before production to ensure the best possible germination outcome.
We recommend selling and using all products within 18 months of delivery to ensure optimal germination.
As seeds require specific conditions to germinate - including correct temperature, moisture, light and air - A La KArt Creations cannot accept responsibility for lack of germination once products have been delivered.
All products are handmade and may vary slightly in size, shape and weight.
10. Intellectual Property
A La KArt Creations retains full intellectual property rights over all original designs. By purchasing wholesale you are granted the right to resell products but not to reproduce, copy or claim ownership of any original designs.
11. Data Protection
A La KArt Creations handles all personal and business information in accordance with GDPR regulations. We will never share your business details with third parties without your consent.
Unless you request strict confidentiality in advance, we may showcase wholesale products on our website and social media. Any work shared publicly will never include personal or sensitive business information.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
13. Force Majeure
A La KArt Creations cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfil orders due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, extreme weather or other unexpected world events.
14. Termination
Both parties reserve the right to terminate a wholesale agreement in the event of a breach of contract.
