Proofing & approval

  1. Discovery Call: For clients interested in paid services, we require a discovery call before making payments. This ensures our services align with your needs, and we reach an agreement.

  2. Additional Work: Any extra work beyond the service scope may have associated charges based on the extent of the work. This will be agreed with you before we begin work on the additional content.

Delivery & Downloads

  1. Access to Content: All paid educational content is available for download upon purchase. Please ensure your details are accurate, as we are not responsible for client errors. (Only applicable to digital downloads)

  2. Digital Services: All educational content and services provided are digital for your convenience.

Liability and Indemnity

  1. Service Results: We do not have any guarantee-specific results, as they depend on the chosen service and your actions. We provide the tools and the knowledge to help you succeed but you must be the one to implement them correctly.
