With every order you place with us going forward, you will receive a personalised plantable loyalty card. These loyalty cards accumulate to milestones that when reached you can redeem tailored offers and rewards.

When you place three orders with us in a 12-month period, you will receive a reward that can be redeemed on your next purchase.
Tailored Reward Experience
Our offers will be tailored to fit your individual needs based on your previous orders. You will always have a few options to choose from or alternatively, you can try something new.
No need to keep track of orders, we do it for you!
When you have qualified for a reward, don’t worry about reaching out, we will contact you directly, providing a selection of offers to choose from via email.
Our Loyalty Program Process
For more details on the process of our Loyalty Program, and how you can gain access to rewards and offers when you place an order with us, see our three steps below.
Your Orders
For every 3 orders you make with us in a 12-month period, we will send you an exclusive offer after the 3rd order has been invoiced.
The 3 orders must all have been placed within a 12-month period in order to qualify.
If it has gone over 12 months, the progress will reset. Any unused offers that have already been claimed will remain valid, so feel free to use them whenever you like.
Your Milestones
After you've placed orders 1, 2, and 3, you'll be able to redeem your offer on order 4, and this order will also count towards the next milestone. As soon as you reach this milestone, it resets so you can reach it again the next time.
The offers will be based on your previous orders, we will tailor the offer/reward to fit your individual needs. We will always give you a choice of a few options.
Your Offers
The best part is that we will store your orders on our system so that you don't have to keep track of them, so we'll contact you directly when you qualify for a reward, provided you provide us with your e-mail address.
We'll get in touch with you with an offer once the third order is delivered, so keep an eye out for an email from us.
