Minimum Order Quantity
Each product will have their own minimum order quantity on the website, but if you are looking for a different amount please get in touch.
Before payment is taken, I will provide you with pictures via Email or Instagram to make sure you are happy with everything. I will allow one amendment to be made free of charge, any further changes will incur an additional cost.
Design & Copy
Prior to payment, please make sure that all designs and copies are correct as I cannot be held accountable for any errors made on your behalf.
As all of my products are handmade by me, please note that the delivery time may fluctuate depending on order volume. All orders are aimed to be posted within 1-2 weeks. Please get in touch before you pay for an estimated delivery date.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail, by 1st Class, or Tracked delivery. Liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products, or to a full refund of the invoice value.
Should your items arrived damaged, please contact me via email within 48 hours (images required), so that I can act accordingly and quickly with a replacement or refund, whichever you request.
It is recommended to use all of my products within 18 months of delivery.
