Minimum Order Quantity

Each product will have its own minimum order quantity on the website, but if you are looking for a different amount please get in touch.

Design & Copy

Please note all prices are based on the design have been provided by the client. If you need help with design and you have all the elements, (logo, wording), please reach out to discuss options. Prior to payment, please make sure that all designs and copies are correct. A La KArt Creations is not responsible for any errors occurring after the final design proof has been produced and approved by you.

If there is something you need to change after the printing/production has started, that cost needs to be paid as extra on top of the agreed payment.

Design Proof

Before payment is taken, will provide you with pictures via Email or Instagram to make sure you are happy with everything or it can be posted too (postage charge incur). A La KArt Creations will allow 3 amendments to be made free of charge, any further changes will incur an additional cost. Please note that if I need to make changes to your design prior to the test print stage that still counts as an amendment.

Rush Orders

A La KArt Creations will always aim to be flexible about your timelines but if you need something within 3 days (not including delivery time) A La KArt Creations will charge a fixed hourly rate on top of the price displayed on the website. This is subject to availability.

Data Protection

A LA KArt Creations acknowledges that they may receive or have access to personal information that relates to you or your company/workplace. A La KArt Creations agrees to protect the confidentiality of your information. Unless strict confidentiality is requested by you in advance of this contract, A La KArt Creations can display materials and final prints created for you online, and on social media.

Payment

Payment would need to be made prior to production and can be paid via the website or through an invoice. Please note production will not start until full payment has been received.

Cancellations

If you decide that you wish to cancel the order, you are responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed as determined by A La KArt Creations. Should you wish to cancel the project following its completion, you are responsible for full payment as per the agreed-upon estimate plus all expenses incurred.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, A La KArt Creations can't accept returns or offer refunds on these items.

Delivery Time

As all products are handmade by A La KArt Creations, delivery time may fluctuate depending on the current order volume already booked in. All orders are aimed to be posted within 2 weeks. Once payment has been made delivery date will be confirmed by email.

Shipping

All orders are posted via Royal Mail, by 1st Class, or Tracked delivery. Liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products, or to a full refund of the invoice value.

Damaged Goods

Should your items arrive damaged, please contact via email within 48 hours (images required), so that A La KArt Creations can act accordingly and quickly with a replacement or refund, whichever you request.

Product Expiry

All items been produced from freshly made seed paper, but it is recommended to use all of the products within 18 months of delivery.
